Executive Director 

Rob Winch was English Gymnastics Champion in 1998 and has performed in the Millennium Dome show Ovo, onboard Festival's European Vision Cruise Ship & many others. After two seasons in Tarzan ‘La Rencontre’ at Disneyland Paris, Rob joined Cirque du Soleil in 2005 for their new production, The Beatles LOVE. Other credits include: The Tonight Show, 50th Annual Grammy Awards, America’s Got Talent & Worlds Away 3D Movie. In 2011, Rob returned to Tarzan as Head Coach & Acrobatic Choreographer for two more seasons and has consulted as Acrobatic & Stunt  Choreographer for The Festival of the Lion King at Walt Disney World, Florida.

Jeynifer Tribbitt has a directorial career spanning over 20 years. Some of the highlights include: No Exit, The Actor’s Nightmare, The Kathy and Mo Show, Off-Center, Waiting for Godot, Oliver! for Super Summer Theatre's and most recently Elvira's Asylum at Knott's Berry Farm.  Her onstage career began very early with Cheaper by The Dozen and in the last 34 years, has performed in well over 150 productions. She has had the honor to perform with and teach for The Second City. 




Managing Director & Production Stage Manager

Marni Lewis has worked as a Stage Manager in numerous shows over the years, including Phantom, Big River, Follies, La Cage Aux Folles, The Secret Garden, Hello Dolly, Anything Goes and many, many more. Some notable productions she’s worked on include the West coast premieres of Chess (SJCLO) and The Who’s Tommy (AMTSJ), Crazy for You starring B.K. Kennelly, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers with award winning choreographer, Pepper Clyde, BNTA’s production of Oliver!, Super Summer Theatre productions of Arsenic and Old Lace, Lend Me a Tenor and most recently, Elvira's Asylum with Knott's Berry Farm.



Director of Project Development & Lighting Designer 

Steven Mack is currently the Assistant Head of Lighting Design at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts. Prior to that, he worked for Cirque du Soleil in the Lighting Department of The Beatles LOVE. He designed Oliver and The Foreigner for Super Summer theatre and designs regularly for Knott's Berry farm and California's Great America. He has also designed Lighting for Cleveland Public Theatre, Opera Theatre of Lucc - Luca, Italy, Dayton Contemporary Dance Company, Ballet Tech Ohio and many others.




Director of Marketing & Public Relations

Ashley Sutherland-Winch joined United Production Works and British National Theatre of America in 2008.  She began her journey in entertainment at the age of 12 and has been a part of it ever since.  Theatrical credits include “Music Man”, “Bye, Bye Birdie”, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “Cinderella”, “Rumors”, “The Lucky Stiff”, BNTA’s pantomime, “Cinderella” and Super Summer Theatre’s “Broadway Meets Hollywood.” Most recently, Ashley acted as Production Manager for the Super Summer Theatre production of "Lend Me a Tenor". Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama and a Master of Science degree from Indiana University. Ashley has worked with some of the top rated and most popular production companies in the US over the last ten years with Cirque du Soleil, Radio City Rockettes, Blue Man Group, and Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance. She is most passionate in the fight to cure pediatric cancer and works closely with the Cure 4 the Kids Foundation in Las Vegas, Nevada. 



Director of Business Development & Finance 


Travis Laub is a second generation Las Vegas Native. He attended High School and College in Colorado where he studied Political Science at Colorado University at Boulder. Since moving back to Vegas from Boulder, Travis has been involved in Commercial Real Estate and retail sales. Travis joined United Production Works’ sister company, BNTA, in 2010.
